SHIPPING & RETURNS
Items are dispatched every Tuesday. Once your items have been dispatched, you will be emailed your tracking number.
We are confident that you will love your new Mandorle garment but we do understand that from time to time returns are necessary.
So long as the circumstances of your return meet our Refund & Return Policy (which you will find below) AND we have provided you with pre-approval for your return, then the process is simple.
PLEASE FOLLOW THESE EASY STEPS:
- Carefully read the Refund & Returns Policy below.
- Your request will be approved or rejected within 3 business days
- Your exchange, credit or refund will be processed within 7 working days of us receiving your returned garment.
Important: Please include a pre-paid Australia Post satchel with your full name and address so that the replacement article can be sent back to you. This is not necessary if you are returning a faulty or damaged item.
